Order Cancellation & Refunds

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders fulfilled by our third-party vendors. Items like apparel and mugs are considered custom orders. Most of the money you paid for the item is already gone because of the costs associated with creating the products, paying third-party vendors, and shipping.

We can only offer a partial refund if you need to cancel the order before the production process begins. When you place your order, administration costs and processing fees occur. These charges cannot be recovered even if the order is canceled. This partial refund policy helps ensure we keep our prices low.

 

Return Policy

Several of our items are made on-demand and are considered custom. If you order an item that is defective or wrong, I will work with you on replacing it.

If you received an item you are unhappy with, let me know. Unfortunately, mistakes do happen, and it may be possible that the item was defective from the manufacturer, a design element didn't get added, or a spelling or a misprint occurred. Though I do our best to catch things like this, some things slip through the cracks.

If an error occurs in production, we will mail a replacement after a picture is sent to us, showing the defect. To ensure you are satisfied, I'll pay out of my pocket to have an item remade for you.
